Referral Programme Terms.

Scope And Operator

The AORO Referral Programme is operated by AORO ENERGY LTD, trading as AORO Solar UK. These terms apply to every application, referral route and reward administered through the programme.

The programme creates a controlled route for introductions. It does not appoint a member as an employee, agent, representative, installer or authorised salesperson of AORO.

Membership

• Applicants must provide accurate information and create only one member account unless AORO agrees otherwise.
• AORO may approve, reject, suspend or close a membership where reasonably required to protect clients, the programme or legal compliance.
• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly.

Qualifying Referrals

A referral may qualify only when the opportunity is new to AORO, is submitted through the member’s authorised referral route, is accepted by AORO, and results in an eligible installation completed under the programme rules in force when the referral was recorded.

Duplicate, existing, self-referred, fraudulent, cancelled, ineligible or improperly obtained opportunities do not qualify. AORO’s records determine whether and when an opportunity was first received, subject to correction of clear error.

Rewards And Payment

• The current standard reward shown by the programme is £250 per qualifying completed installation. The amount recorded against a referral is the amount used for that referral.
• A reward is not earned merely because an introduction, survey, quotation, contract or installation date exists. Eligibility arises only when AORO confirms the qualifying completion trigger.
• Payment is subject to identity and payment-route verification, accurate records and any legally required deductions or reporting.
• Members remain responsible for their own tax position and should obtain independent advice where needed.

Member Conduct

Members must make honest recommendations, disclose that a reward may be received, avoid pressure or misleading claims, and never promise pricing, savings, technical outcomes, eligibility or installation dates on AORO’s behalf.

Members must not send spam, use purchased contact lists, impersonate AORO, bid on AORO brand terms, publish misleading advertising or use AORO branding without written permission.

Privacy And Confidentiality

The prospective client must provide their own contact details and request contact from AORO. Members must not enter another person’s private contact details into the programme without an authorised basis.

The member account shows only the limited information needed to follow a referral and reward. Client contact details, survey findings, designs, quotations, documents and correspondence remain within the client relationship. Read the AORO Privacy Notice.

Changes And Termination

AORO may change or withdraw the programme prospectively. Material changes will be reflected in a new terms version. Subject to fraud, abuse or legal requirements, an eligible referral already recorded will be assessed under the terms version associated with that referral.

General Terms

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
